It’s been a pleasure working so closely with you all to support SWH over the past 9 months. The communication has been amazing and your care and dedication towards her has been so obvious throughout. It’s always sad when placements come to an end, but I totally understand you reached the limit of what could be offered as things have continued to be so turbulent and unsafe. You have persevered longer than many placements I’ve worked with and you went above and beyond to be flexible and change things for.
